Publisher and integrator — both, and that is the point
CASAMAST publishes its own software, the CSMART range, and integrates it on site itself. We do not manufacture hardware: we assemble the right hardware and write the layer that makes it work together. Our work starts with an audit and does not stop at commissioning — savings hold in operation, not on paper.
From energy to the platform
CASAMAST started with energy: measure, control, prove. It is the discipline most demanding on data, and the one that forces equipment with no reason to talk to each other into a conversation.
A software base layer grew out of that constraint. Once it existed, the question was no longer technical but commercial: which profession to apply it to first. Premium tourism made the case — a sector where experience, energy and operations are all decided in the same place, the room.
CSMART Hospitality is the result of that verticalisation: the energy base layer, extended with access, comfort, the screen and mobile, packaged for one specific profession.
Three working convictions
Measurement first
A project that cannot be measured cannot be defended. We establish a baseline before acting, and accept being judged on it.
Technical openness
We publish our software, but we do not lock down your building: open protocols, documentation handed over, exportable data. Publishing a platform is no licence to trap a client inside it.
Real operations
A solution the teams do not use produces nothing. We design for the front desk, the concierge and maintenance, not for the demo room.
CSMART is our product, not an assembly
The difference between an integrator and a publisher-integrator is not semantic. An integrator resells and configures software whose roadmap, interfaces and fix times it does not control. We write ours.
In practice: when an operator asks for a function that does not exist — a particular seasonal mode, an export a managing agent expects, an interface with a PMS nobody has connected yet — we do not forward the request to a third-party vendor. We build it.
It is also what makes the commercial model in the white paper coherent: an initial investment in hardware and installation, then a CSMART licence covering supervision, evolutions and support. You do not charge a licence on software you did not write.
- The roadmap is oursRequests from the field become releases, not tickets with a third party.
- The interfaces are oursAdding a PMS, a meter or a lock is a development task, not a negotiation.
- One party accountableNo passing the blame between software vendor and installer: it is the same company.
- The base layer is sharedWhat is built for one residence benefits the next — hence the verticalisation of the offer.

- High-end residentialSeven integrated uses and two showhomes to visit.
From audit to operation, with no hand-off
Many projects fail at the hand-off: the consultancy designed it, the installer fitted it, nobody operates it. We cover the full chain to remove that breaking point.
In practice, the engineer who runs the audit stays your contact through design, integration and the first months of operation.
- Audit and designSurvey, savings assumptions, technical architecture, costing.
- IntegrationCoordination of trades, configuration, testing, team training.
- OperationSupervision, alerts, seasonal tuning, periodic and owner reporting.
- EvolutionScope extension, new uses, regulatory upgrades.

A chosen ecosystem, not an inherited one
We work with manufacturers and software vendors selected on three criteria: protocol openness, durability over time, and the quality of technical support in France.
Salto for locks and mobile keys, Loxone for automation and building management, Keycafe for physical key management, complemented by communicating meters and the market's PMS platforms.

Let's talk about your property.
Thirty minutes is usually enough to scope a project: the guest journey you want, operating constraints, regulatory deadlines and a realistic order of magnitude for the payback. Two showhomes are open to visit, in La Londe-les-Maures and Les Arcs.
