Smart Home

A well-designed home goes unnoticed: the light is where it should be, the temperature is right, the music follows, nothing demands attention. We integrate seven uses into a coherent whole, with the same discipline on consumption as on our commercial and tourism projects.

Seven uses

What we integrate

Heating & cooling

Room-by-room control, living schedules, away mode and anticipated return.

Light & scenes

Dimming, colour temperatures, scenes, outdoor and façade lighting.

Music & multimedia

Multi-room audio, home cinema, integration of sources and screens.

Access & security

Gate, garage, locks, intercom, alarm, simulated presence.

Irrigation & garden

Scheduling driven by real weather, soil moisture probes, water savings.

Pool, spa & wellness

Filtration, treatment, heating, cover, underwater lighting.

Energy & generation

Consumption monitoring, solar self-consumption, EV charging control.

Network & infrastructure

Wi‑Fi coverage, structured cabling, UPS: the invisible base that holds the rest together.

Method

Four phases, from project to daily use

Listening and audit

Understanding how you live in the house before talking technology. Survey of the existing installation, building constraints, budget.

Design

Architecture, equipment selection, usage scenarios, control layout. You approve it on plan.

Integration

Coordination with the other trades, cabling, configuration, testing. Then the handover, at home.

Support

Adjustments after a few weeks of real use, evolutions, maintenance. A well-tuned house is tuned twice.

Showhomes

See and touch before deciding

A showroom demonstration says nothing about how it feels at home. Our showhomes in La Londe-les-Maures (83) and Les Arcs (73) are genuinely equipped homes where each use sits in its context: you try the switches, listen to the audio, watch a scene run.

Les Arcs is also the place to see CSMART Hospitality in real operation: the TV welcome, resort information and the self check-in journey.

What you will see on site

  • Lighting scenesThe move from one mood to another, and what it actually changes.
  • Switch rangesMaterials, finishes, tactile feedback: the detail you live with every day.
  • Multi-room audio and TVSound continuity from room to room and the CSMART welcome interface.
  • Energy monitoringWhat the home consumes, live, load by load.

Let's talk about your property.

Thirty minutes is usually enough to scope a project: the guest journey you want, operating constraints, regulatory deadlines and a realistic order of magnitude for the payback. Two showhomes are open to visit, in La Londe-les-Maures and Les Arcs.
