CSMART TV

“The connected media experience, in the service of information, service promotion and additional revenue.” The in-room screen is the one medium everyone knows how to use — and the one most properties leave idle between two channels.

Three scales

From the village to the unit, on the same screen

This is what separates CSMART TV from a conventional hotel TV: the screen does not only talk about the property, it talks about the whole stay.

The village, the resort

The information the guest would look up elsewhere, gathered where they already are.

  • Weather and slope opening report
  • Webcams and maps
  • Shops and restaurants showcased
  • Shuttles, car parks, resort events

The residence

The property's identity and services, published once for every unit.

  • Personalised welcome booklet
  • Spa, wellness, gym
  • Room service and dining
  • Management announcements, hours, emergencies

The unit

Practical information and a personalised welcome, loaded on the first door opening.

  • Welcome by name, in the guest's language
  • Information about the apartment
  • Contact for the residence manager
  • Consumption and comfort
CSMART Room Service

The screen becomes the village shopfront

CSMART Room Service is the platform's commercial function. Breakfast, picnics, activities, bike or equipment hire, special experiences: a real catalogue, with images, prices, a basket and booking, fed by the property and its local partners.

It appears on the in-room screen through CSMART TV and in the pocket through CSMART Mobile — same catalogue, same basket, two surfaces. The module has its own page: CSMART Room Service.

It is the most direct lever on average spend — and the reason this block often pays back faster than the purely technical functions.

  • Dining and room serviceBreakfast, picnics, dishes: ordered from the screen, routed to the relevant team.
  • Activities and hireCatalogue with images, prices, availability and direct booking.
  • Village partner offersLocal shops and providers showcased, with a negotiable commercial arrangement.
  • Upsell and cross-sellSpa, transfers, late check-out offered at the right moment in the stay.

Let's talk about your property.

Thirty minutes is usually enough to scope a project: the guest journey you want, operating constraints, regulatory deadlines and a realistic order of magnitude for the payback. Two showhomes are open to visit, in La Londe-les-Maures and Les Arcs.
