Privacy policy
CASAMAST SmartHome takes the protection of personal data seriously. This policy describes the processing carried out through the casamast.com showcase site. The applications published by CASAMAST — in particular CSMART Access — have their own personal-data policy, available from each of them.

Data collected and purposes
This site creates no user account. The only personal data processed is what you send us voluntarily.

Your details are used only to answer your enquiry and to follow it up commercially. They feed no advertising campaign, no market research and no unsolicited promotional mailing.
Recipients
Data is intended solely for the commercial and technical teams of CASAMAST SmartHome. It may be processed by our technical subcontractors — site host, business email, form and scheduling tools — contractually bound to GDPR compliance. No data is sold, rented or transferred to third parties.
Transfers outside the European Union
The site is hosted in France by OVH SAS. Our email, form and appointment tools run on Microsoft 365, whose data is stored within the European Union; any transfers to third countries are governed by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses and by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
Your rights
You have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability over your data. You may exercise them by writing to support@casamast.com, with proof of identity. You will receive a reply within one month.
You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
Cookies
This site sets no cookies at all: no advertising cookies, no third-party trackers, no analytics. Only local storage keeps the language you selected; it identifies nobody, is transmitted to nobody, and can be cleared from your browser settings.
Data from installations
Data produced by installations deployed at our clients' sites — consumption, equipment states, access logs, incident tickets — belongs to the client. It is processed under the service contract, hosted within the European Union and exportable in an open format at any time.
Regarding guests: stay data is wiped at departure (TV session, pairings, casting accounts). Access logs are kept for a contractually defined period, proportionate to the security purpose. No images or sound recordings are captured in private spaces.

This policy may be amended to reflect regulatory or technical developments. Version 1.0 — in force since 26 October 2024, updated for the casamast.com site.
