A hotel-standard apartment, with no building work and no workload
You own a unit in a holiday residence, a chalet entrusted to a manager, or several properties in seasonal rental. You have neither the time nor the wish to manage technology — but you have a direct interest in your asset standing out, renting better and costing less to run.
What the platform changes for your property
Higher apartment value
A premium positioning comparable to five-star hotels, immediate differentiation from the other units — and all of it without building work or any change to the unit.
Higher occupancy
Better perception online, a smoother stay, rising scores. A unit that rents more often, not only at a higher price.
Better scores and satisfaction
Better rated on booking platforms, spontaneous recommendations, a premium feel from the moment of arrival.
Higher rental income
Greater average spend thanks to services sold during the stay, easier upsell and cross-sell, guest loyalty.
Personalisation and evolution
Automated updates, seasonal adaptation, local services integrated, resort scenarios: weather, events, restaurants, spa.
Transparency on operations
Occupancy, consumption, charges, services activated: statistics you can consult, shared with the manager, the co-ownership or the managing agent.
What you have to do: nothing
This is the point we are most categorical about, because it is the one that most often blocks a co-ownership decision.
No hardware to manage, no intervention to schedule, no content to produce, no maintenance to follow, no technical skills to acquire. Everything is managed remotely by CASAMAST SmartHome.
- No hardware to manageThe equipment is installed, supervised and updated without you having to step in.
- No content to produceVillage, resort and residence information is fed and refreshed automatically.
- No maintenanceAnomalies are detected and handled before you hear about them.
- No building workNo drilling, no rewiring, no change to the interior design.
What you see
- Your unit's occupancyCalendar, average length of stay, seasonality.
- Your consumptionElectricity, water, heating — compared to equivalent units.
- Your income and chargesIncluding services sold during the stays.
- Your own accessPermanent or scheduled, on your phone, with no front desk involved.
A dashboard of trust, not a management tool
Only three things are decided here: blocking dates, authorising an access, voting in the co-ownership. The rest is for consulting. The technical alert sits above revenue — it is the one that triggers a phone call if missed.
Working mockups. A Co-ownership tab completes the set: notices, proxies, minutes.
Several properties, one account
An owner can track several apartments, chalets or commercial units on the same platform, including across different residences or different managers.
That is what makes the solution relevant to an investor: comparison between properties becomes possible, and investment decisions rest on figures rather than impressions.
Frequently asked questions from owners
Who decides in a multi-owner residence?
It depends on the scope. Common areas, building access and building management fall to the co-ownership or the operator. Equipping a single unit — TV, automation, lock — can rest with the owner alone, or be a collective decision where the aim is to standardise the portfolio.
We regularly present the project and its costing ahead of a general meeting.
What happens to my data if I change manager?
Data produced by your unit's installation belongs to you, is exportable in an open format and stays accessible. Changing manager does not put the installation in question.
Can I still use my unit freely?
Yes. Your access is permanent or scheduled according to your agreement with the manager, and it works from your phone. Your personal settings can be saved and restored for your own stays.
Is the installation reversible?
Yes. The equipment can be removed without redecorating, and nothing in the unit has been structurally modified. That is a direct consequence of the no-building-work approach.
Let's talk about your property.
Thirty minutes is usually enough to scope a project: the guest journey you want, operating constraints, regulatory deadlines and a realistic order of magnitude for the payback. Two showhomes are open to visit, in La Londe-les-Maures and Les Arcs.
