The technology platform for premium tourism.
Flexible tourism has changed the rules: the same apartment is by turns a hotel, a seasonal rental and a second home. CSMART Hospitality brings each of those uses a premium guest experience — self check-in at any hour, comfort already set, the village's services a screen away — and makes every unit perform better, without building work.
Tourism has fragmented. So have the tools.
One manager now runs hotel rooms, residence apartments, chalets and units belonging to different owners — usually with one tool per subject.
Scattered operations
One system for access, another for energy, a third for TV, a spreadsheet for maintenance, a chat group for contractors. Each tool works; the whole cannot be steered.
Four stakeholders to satisfy
The guest wants a frictionless stay. The operator wants margin. The concierge wants fewer trips. The owner wants a valued asset and legible accounts. No isolated tool answers all four.
A stay that spills beyond the unit
Guests don't only experience their apartment: they experience a residence and a village. Slope reports, shuttles, shops, restaurants, events — all part of the stay, and absent from conventional tools.
One platform, interconnected modules
They deploy together or separately. Most often CSMART Access goes first — it delivers an immediate operational gain and becomes the foundation of the whole ecosystem. CSMART Communicate and CSMART Locker complete the range.
CSMART Access
Digital access: mobile key, code, badge, QR — plus the physical keys that remain.
CSMART Energy
The BMS: metering, control and optimisation of every utility in the building.
CSMART Room
Unit automation: scenes, comfort, automatic efficiency.
CSMART TV
The in-room screen: welcome, village and CSMART Room Service.
CSMART Mobile
The in-pocket screen: the stay before, during and after — for every profile.
CSMART Room Service
Village businesses delivered to the unit, with no stock and no kitchen brigade.
Access authorises, the room executes, energy measures
That sentence sums up the architecture. A guest arrives: their access right activates by itself, the door opens with no front desk, the Arrival scene runs, heating leaves eco mode, the TV greets them by name and the meter starts attributing consumption to the right stay.
None of it required human intervention. That is exactly what separates a platform from a collection of devices.
- CSMART Access handles authorisationWho enters, where, and for what period. The right expires by itself at departure.
- CSMART Room is the local brainScenes, control, cut-off on open window, maintenance mode for housekeeping.
- CSMART Energy measures performanceSub-metering per unit, drift detection, regulatory reporting.
- CSMART TV and Mobile carry the relationshipWelcome, village information, services and additional sales.
Orders of magnitude from our deployments
The ranges below come from the CSMART Hospitality white paper. They narrow after the audit and are contractualised case by case.
The same system, four readings
Each stakeholder gets something of their own — which is what makes the project fundable in a multi-owner residence.
The guest
Self check-in, immediate comfort, services and village reachable from the TV and their phone.
The operator
Industrialised operations, controlled costs, premium image, a portfolio worth more.
The concierge
Instant access assignment, fewer trips, a dashboard of interventions.
The owner
A valued asset, better rental income, transparency on occupancy and consumption.
The same base, three other fields
CASAMAST Foundations — Energy
Measure, control, prove: the energy chain under CSMART Hospitality and under our commercial projects alike.
Smart Building
Offices, healthcare, education: compliance with the French tertiary and BACS decrees, energy control and comfort.
Smart Home
The high-end house and its seven uses, with the same discipline on consumption. Showhomes in La Londe and Les Arcs.
Integrated technologies — we do not impose a closed ecosystem
Let's talk about your property.
Thirty minutes is usually enough to scope a project: the guest journey you want, operating constraints, regulatory deadlines and a realistic order of magnitude for the payback. Two showhomes are open to visit, in La Londe-les-Maures and Les Arcs.
