Before you write
What information should we prepare for a first conversation?
Most useful: the number of units or rooms, the type of heating and cooling, the PMS in use, an annual energy bill, and the deadline pushing you to act.
If you do not have these to hand, it is not blocking — we reconstruct them during the audit.
Is the audit chargeable?
The first scoping conversation is free and without commitment. The detailed audit, which produces a report and payback assumptions, is quoted — and is often deductible if the project goes ahead.
Do you work across France?
Yes, depending on the nature and size of the project. We are based in the Var and in Savoie, which naturally covers the Mediterranean coast and the Alpine resorts. Design is routinely handled remotely, with targeted visits for the audit and acceptance.
Can you present the project to a general meeting?
Yes, and we often do in holiday residences. We prepare a presentation aimed at owners — benefits, costing, governance, reversibility — and answer questions in the room if you wish.
