CASAMAST Premium Tourism & Smart Building
Technology platform

CSMART Hospitality

“Intelligent management of properties, in the service of efficiency and guest satisfaction.” One platform, built for premium tourism operators: it carries the guest's experience, the operator's performance, the concierge's working comfort and the owner's asset value.

Flexible tourism

The line between hotel, rental and second home is disappearing

The same apartment may be occupied by its owner in February, rented weekly in July through a platform, and marketed by a manager the rest of the year. A chalet can be sold with hotel-grade service. A premium campsite can offer units that bear no resemblance to a mobile home.

This is what we call flexible tourism: assets whose use, occupant and sales channel change constantly. Tools designed for a conventional hotel — one operator, one building, one clientele — cannot handle that variability.

CSMART Hospitality is built for it. Configuration follows the unit, not the building; access rights follow the stay, not the person; personalisation happens by village, by residence, by manager and by season.

What flexible tourism demands

  • Occupants who change every weekTemporary access rights, data wiped at departure, settings reset.
  • Multiple owners in one buildingA shared standard at residence level, autonomy preserved at unit level.
  • Strong seasonalityOff-season modes, frost protection, scheduled reactivation.
  • Varied sales channelsOTA, manager, direct: the system must not depend on any of them.
Village · Building · Unit

A stay plays out at three scales

Most solutions stop at the unit. Yet what a guest remembers is built as much in the residence and the resort as in their apartment. CSMART Hospitality addresses all three — which is what makes the experience coherent.

The village, the resort

What happens around the residence, and what the guest will look up on their phone anyway.

  • Weather, slope opening report, webcams
  • Shops, restaurants, partner offers
  • Shuttles, car parks, maps
  • Resort events and activities

The building, the residence

The property's identity, services and daily life — published once, displayed everywhere.

  • Personalised welcome booklet
  • Spa, gym, common areas
  • Room service and residence services
  • Management announcements, opening hours, emergencies

The unit

Where perceived comfort and real consumption are decided.

  • Scenes, temperature, blinds
  • Secure self-access
  • Practical information about the apartment
  • Consumption visible to the occupant
The CSMART cycle

Travel · Access · Experience · Communicate · Fidelize

This is the model behind the whole platform: a cycle, not a feature list. It starts before departure and closes on loyalty — with the mobile app at its centre, the only touchpoint present at every stage.

Travel

Before departure: itineraries, welcome booklet, pre-check-in, advice for the stay.

Access

Simple secure check-in, multiple credentials — phone, card, wristband —, scheduling, remote opening, real-time logs.

Experience

Extended concierge service, connected television, dining and village services.

Communicate

Real-time information on every screen, full back-office, promotions and showcasing.

Fidelize

Surveys, reviews, social media — and a guest who returns rather than a one-off stay.

Guest journey

Before, during, after — what the guest actually experiences

The journey below assumes no front desk staff. Every step is automatic and traceable; people intervene where they add value, not to hand over a key.

Before arrival

The guest automatically receives their access code, arrival instructions and the link to the app. Access is active only during their stay. The unit leaves eco mode and pre-conditions itself for the expected arrival time.

On arrival

They go straight to their unit, the car park and the common areas: no front desk, no queue, no key handover — at any hour. The Arrival scene runs and the TV greets them by name, in their language.

During the stay

Comfort adjustable within the range the operator defines, residence and village services reachable from the TV or the phone, water and energy consumption visible. Room service, spa and activities are booked in a few presses.

At departure

Access rights deactivate automatically. The unit goes into full energy standby, then into maintenance mode for housekeeping. The TV session is wiped: nothing from the previous guest remains.

The guest app

The same tab, three moments of the stay

The CSMART Mobile home screen changes with the phase of the stay. Nothing is hidden: whatever is not today's priority stays available in the other tabs.

Village · Building · Unit

The hierarchy becomes the navigation

The three scales are not a talking point: they are three tabs and three perimeters of governance. Deposits and the welcome booklet stay at unit level — they belong to the stay contract, not to the building.

Four stakeholders

The project doesn't get funded if it only serves one party

In a multi-owner holiday residence, the decision belongs to no single person. A project that only improves guest comfort will not pass; nor will one that only saves energy.

CSMART Hospitality holds because each party gains something measurable — and because those gains can be documented separately.

  • GuestsA smooth stay, immediate comfort, a single portal to the unit, the residence and the village.
  • Operators and managersAn integrated platform, interoperability, remote control, regulatory compliance.
  • Concierges and service providersInstant access assignment, a central dashboard, digitised upselling, fewer trips.
  • Owners and co-ownershipsAsset value, better rental returns, multi-property tracking, transparent statistics.

Fit by property type

Same base, different priorities

A five-star hotel, a multi-owner residence and a premium campsite share neither constraints nor governance. The platform is the same; the configuration is not.

Rollout

From a pilot floor to the full portfolio

Pilot

10 to 20 representative units, over a season or a quarter. The goal: measure the real gap against control units, and test the guest journey.

Costed review

Consumption comparison, complaint log, feedback from teams and from the owners involved. The pilot confirms or corrects the audit assumptions.

Roll-out

Unit by unit, on an operating site, at the pace of your occupancy. Compatible with refurbishment, new build and phased deployment.

Operation and extension

Supervision, alerts, seasonal tuning, owner reporting. Then extension to other residences: the model is multi-site by design.

Frequently asked questions

Do we have to close the property to deploy CSMART Hospitality?

No. Roll-out runs unit by unit, following your occupancy schedule. Depending on the building fabric, we favour wireless solutions to avoid rewiring.

The solution is compatible with existing hotels under refurbishment, new build and phased deployment.

Does the system connect to our PMS?

Yes, and it is the main performance lever: without booking data, access and energy control stay manual.

We integrate PMS platforms that expose an API — Guesty, Amenitiz, Hostify and the main hotel systems. The exact scope is confirmed during design.

What happens if the network or supervision goes down?

Control and access rights stay local. A unit continues to heat, light and unlock without depending on the central server: supervision optimises the service, it does not condition it.

Does the owner of a unit have to do anything?

No. No hardware to manage, no intervention, no content to produce, no maintenance, no technical skills required. Everything is managed remotely by CASAMAST SmartHome.

Can we start with a single pillar?

Yes. CSMART Access is the most common starting point: it delivers an immediate operational gain, it removes key handover, and it then becomes the source of information that activates Room, TV and Energy.

Let's talk about your property.

Thirty minutes is usually enough to scope a project: the guest journey you want, operating constraints, regulatory deadlines and a realistic order of magnitude for the payback. Two showhomes are open to visit, in La Londe-les-Maures and Les Arcs.
